Hi Gracie, I do live in DeLand and TV. We will be living fill time in TV by summer. Can't wait. As for the cart purchase, I did buy my cart 70 miles east of TV and 25 miles east of DeLand. A friend of mine in Virginia Trace bought his cart about 3 months ago and saved over 4k also by buying where I bought mine. Both my cart and his cart were 4 passenger carts that were loaded with options and accessories. There are GREAT deals if you have patience and spend a little time. As for the gentleman that disputes my claims all I have to say is pay me a fee and I will save you some serious money also.
