Be careful who you hire to replace it. If you use a factory recommended installer, make sure they give you a fair, fixed price because the authorized installers tend to be very expensive. It is better to hire an independent installer who will give you a reasonable price.

One common way they are mounted makes it trivially easy to replace.
There is an aluminum track mounted on the roof. The sunbrella top has a round tube shaped part all the way along the top. Slide the tube piece into the track. No tools. No fasteners. To replace: Slide old one out, slide new one right back in. Look at you current one. If it's like this, easy DIY. Would take 5 minutes to swap all 4 panels. |

I recommend the roll up type, that rolls up like a window shade using a chain. I’ve seen these in TV, but don’t know where exactly to get them. But I’ve made up my mind when it’s time to replace my sunbrella cover I’m getting the roll-ups.

The contact info for the roll up curtains is: Club Protector. Mike Held. 716-628-7001
I have had this system for years and it is terrific and so easy. No more hand rolling. |
