**** The Golf Cart is a E-Z-go 2+ 2 seats facing backwards. Tires are all at 32 PSI and I brought it from a person who moved from here.
Call Andy the Tire Guy he has all the bushings and equipment necessary to make your cart drive like new. He just fixed one for us and it steers perfectly. (352) 434-2254.

Tire pressure is too high. Should be between 22 & 25 pounds

Bushing can be positively confirmed bad with a simple test. With your foot, sharply push top of each tire towards the tire on the opposite side of the cart. If it wobbles, or clunks, bushings are bad. Replace all of them.

With the updated info of it being a EZGO- rear bushings could be the issue. Simple check if you can jack the rear of the car up. Being a 2+2, id run higher tire pressures.
