Default Sliding doors

We're considering an older model Club Car which has sliding acrylic doors. They're not particularly pretty but I thought they might come in handy when the weather is cooler. We were told by a service person that they are really hot in the summer. Does anyone have experience (good or bad) with this type of enclosure?

I wondered about them myself. I do hear they are hot when enclosed..but a ceiling fan can be added. Not sure if it works well or not. And another good thing is when the rain comes you can seal yourself in within a few seconds instead of rolling down the tarp.
