I got a moo cow. But .. I just tried to vote and it wouldn't let me. It said I voted today already, which I didn't. Guess they've got a few bugs to work out!

But I'll keep trying every day.

Got skunked again. It seems to be either the skunk or an owl over the past several days.

The site hasn't let me vote for the past three days. I try daily. It keeps telling me I've already voted that day, but I haven't.

I was finally successful voting today. Got a zebra.

If anyone is willing to bookmark this site and do a daily click, it would be greatly appreciated. I received the following and am passing it on…….

Our local Humane Society/SPCA has entered the Animal Rescue Site’s $100,000 Holiday Shelter + Challenge. But they have NO chance of receiving any levels of monies if they do not receive votes from their supporters.

Please vote DAILY at this site, as you are allowed 1 per day from today until Dec. 19th. Voting is free and you don’t have to register, just go to:

http://www.theanimalrescuesite.com/c...faces?siteId=3

Type their name in the shelter search: Humane Society/SPCA along with

State: FL & City: Lake Pan (abbreviation ok)

The Humane Society at Lake Panasoffkee should be displayed. You only have to do this the first day you vote – after that it retains the information and it will say “this is the shelter you voted for on your last visit”. Go down a little further and see “click here to see full results, then on United States tab. The Sumter County Shelter is not at the top but it’s in THE TOP TEN! Let’s keep it moving up! It's so easy to bookmark the site and vote when you check your emails.

Vote once a day if you could…… Voting takes one minute a day to make a big difference to many little lives who want a chance at happiness! It’s as simple as that! Please forward this information to some of your friends and ask them to do the same.

The Grand Prize is one $10,000 grant; Second Prize- one $5,000 grant, Third Prize-one $2,000 grant and "Dark Horse" Prizes- eight $1,000 grants each. In addition there are 3 monthly (Oct - Dec) prizes of $2,000 grants each and fourteen Weekly Winners of $1,000 grants. So there are many ways they can win some financial assistance as times have been REALLY tough this past year regarding donation!

Many thanks for your continued help!!

Susan
I had to check up on how long this contest lasts. Hope I will find out what Barefoot's red bug actually was.

I keep getting owls or skunks with once in a while some other kind of animal like today's cow.

Everybody please vote.

I wish I had that one. Still no sign of the bug. It was an elephant for me today.

As well as voting for your favourite humane society, you can also click to donate food to shelters. Click the "home" tab, or the site is listed below.

I voted for my favourite humane society and got the identify screen with a little red bug. I tried "bug" and "beetle" and "insect" and "ladybug". Then the system logged me off.

I'd really like to know what they're looking for!

I had a ladybug in the middle of a leaf today. It worked as the photo description. I have noticed that there are different pictures for various animals though as I have had a number of different elephants.
