We lost our beloved Bichon - Duffer last November and are ready to bring a dog back into our lives. We are looking for a 1 - 4 year old Bichon, Havenese, or similar size and temperament dog. If you are in a situation where you can no longer keep your beloved pet and want to ensure they find a new forever home where they will be pampered and loved, please let us know by calling 352-752-8017.
We are pursing possible adoptions through several of the on-line pet adoption organizations (i.e., PetFinders, Florida Rescue, Small Paws Rescue, and others). We added this Talk of The Villages post to ensure we didn't overlook a need in our "own back yard".

June 11th Update: We will be picking up Maggie in West Palm Beach, Florida on Sunday, June 16th. Maggie is 8 and was in a foster home. If the right dog - 1 -3 years old, Bichon, Havenese, or similar - comes along, we will consider adopting it as well.

I'm sorry to hear about Duffer, we lost our Duffy last May. I've been following this little guy online, he's a Maltese rescue. We aren't ready to adopt yet (at least my husband isn't ready).

Have you looked at Petfinder.com. Thats where I got my wonderful little Bishon.

We just adopted our Bichon two weeks ago from BratPack rescue. They are mostly Bichon's. Sparty was 10 months old, house broken, neutered and computer chipped. Also AKC. The week we adopted they had three Bichon's come in and go out just as fast. We are very happy with Sparty.
