Default No news yet

Still no word on Little Bear. I spoke with individual involved, and she had a preference for vetinary services, not the ones I currently use, so I may be out of the running

Default Little Bear Update :)

Wish me luck, all my dear TOTV friends. Hubby, me, and our already pet Meg (another rescue dog) will be interviewed on Thursday a/noon to see if we are a good match for Little Bear's forever home

Default Yeah!!! Little Bear is ours :)

We passed our interview today, and we collect Little Bear tonight. Our own little (?) dog, Meg, was equally smitten, and was very gentle with the tiny Little Bear. Meg, is a Corgie/Beagle, and resembles a rotund Corgie, with the slender legs of a Beagle, and thankfully, a combination of both breeds for her head. She is very sweet, and played with Little Bear in a gentle way. They will be company for each other, and we were equally smitten with Little Bear. Such a face!!! I will be bragging all about him, at tomorrows luncheon at Crispers. See Ya'll then. Thank you for your kind words and encouragement. Sandra

Default How wonderful

I am truly happy for all of you. I am going to try and make it to Crispers tomorrow for the first time. It looks like I have a gap in my work schedule in the afternoon to do something fun.

Default njbum - You know me well :)

Oh you know me too well!! Of course I offered visitation rights to the previous owner, and we both shed tears as we packed up Little Bears belongings. It was just too sad.
On a HAPPIER note, Little Bear has settled right in, and I am hoping Meg can teach him the joy of using a pet flap. We managed to get Bear in and out, with enticements, and he will be encouraged to go through the door on his own into the safely enclosed area.
