Default Westie in Villages Needs a New Home

Please note: This Westie is not in The Villages, probably Tavares. The Buffalo Ridge Animal Hospital has a notice about a Westie needs a new home due to owner's health problems. He looks like a sweetie!

I would want him if we did not already have two Yorkies. We occasionally have my aunt and uncle's Westie, and even travel in our rv with him. He is a true doggie "gentleman". Some person will be a lucky pet owner!

Default still available??

Does anyone know this dog?? The only part of the description that I have a question about is 'being home during the day'. Does he have anxiety issues? I am a westie owner and would consider this dog as a companion to my "old boy" who loves other dogs. But, I play golf almost every day and my dog has no problem being home alone for the afternoon.

Anyone know if he is still available? I called the # but no answer.

The folks at Buffalo Ridge do not know this dog. They just posted the notice as a favor to someone's friend. If the owner didn't answer his or her phone, I would say that they weren't home, and the dog was alone. Usually when it says "home during the day," it means someone who does not work a full time job. That said, since the owner has health issues, that may be the reason there was no answer. Please keep trying.

Default Westie Has New Home

How does one delete a post? I couldn't even find an "edit" mode.

Nipper, I hope this means that the Westie has a new home.
