Law libraries are our checks and balances on the legal system. Or one of the most important ones of these safe guards if someone does not get why this is important. Many people do understand why this is important.

With quite a lot of views 13,330 from people other than my very long term harassers and stalkers allegiance, dirtbanker, and affald. These people are repeatedly committing crimes on TOTV's Political Forum. This kind of online harassment is against the law in Florida.

1) The political forum is NOT moderated. If you do not like the discussions in the political forum you should unsubscribe and remove yourself from them. 2) Your disagreements and tone from the political forum should NOT carry over into the main moderated forums. Infractions and user account suspensions will be issued if this is necessary to maintain the integrity of the TOTV website non political forums. 3) If you do not like the discussions or interactions with any specific user(s) we suggest you add them to your 'Ignore List' which is a feature of the website (click on usercp to add a user) so you do not have to interact with anyone that YOU do not choose to interact with. Even though YOU as the user must make the decision to be subscribed to the political forum and if you are going to add a user to your ignore list we strongly encourage those who do remain for all that is American, have mature civil discussions about viewpoints without lowering their own personal beliefs, standards and morals. If you can't you should consider removing yourself from the political forum.
Just making a note to myself. I have dealt with bullies all my life. So this is no big deal.
I am getting a lot of views on here from people who are not stalkers, bullies, harassers, and just plain creeps.

Past AALL Annual Meeting Locations (https://www.aallnet.org/conference/more/past-meetings/am-locations-past.html)
I was a pest for these starting in Reno, Nevada in 1989 and going up through the one in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1996. Decided it was a waste of money sending all those snail mail letters out after 1996 to people who were going to go to these conventions. Trying to get them to actually just look at the letters I had received from lawyers, victim/witness assistance providers, Attorney Generals from various States, various association leaders, and many others.
All part of my 224 613 Project. I had been trying to get the help of CEOs, social workers, psychiatrists, psychologists, movie stars, movie directors, movie studio heads, soap opera stars, soap opera writers, advertisers, etc. to spotlight the problem that these received letters showed.
Future Annual Meeting Dates and Locations (https://www.aallnet.org/conference/education/future-meetings/am-locations.html) Will be interesting to see what happens in these future AALL meetings.
I hope this is still working through the contacts I made over the past 26.75 years as well as people looking at my Facebook page, Photobucket Array, and wondering what all the 224 613s mean in ads, news reports, movies, TV shows and the like.
I should be able to check the Blu-Ray of Wonder Woman when it comes out on Tuesday 9/18/2017 for some nice surprises I saw when seeing it twice in movie theaters here in the Villages, FL. ...and many other places since 1991.
Another little twist on this. While at the U of MN Law Library I had worked under M. Kathleen Price the Law Library Director. She became Law Librarian of Congress around 1990 and was in that position until around 1996 or so. There was an CBS new report around July 6, 1996 that the Library of Congress was challenging whistleblowers and people who wanted to improve things on terms of their mental health rather than addressing their concerns. That is what happened to me at the U of MN Law Library in 1991. Rather than addressing the issue I had with respect to needs of survivors/victims of crimes to practical information the Law Library supervisor of mine probably acting on orders first subtly and then not so subtly put my mental health in question for wanting to talk to FUTURE law library employers about a glaring niche I had found in the delivery system of practical information for victims/survivors of crimes.
I am not saying I have any evidence that M. Kathleen Price was advising this law library supervisor of mine about putting my mental health in question. I was not privy to that information.
I did complain to the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee in 1991 about this-- Senator Joe Biden. Who wrote back that they do not get involved with matters involving only one person. Many US State governors responded unlike this letter from Senator Joe Biden. As did some other US Senators, US Representatives, the Speaker of the House for the State of MN, and others.
So, I have never been much of a fan of that Cheshire Cat Joe Biden. If he had taken a stand in 1991 things would have been a lot different for survivors/victims of crimes in the 1990s as attitudes of law professors towards survivors/victims of crimes rub off on their law students who might become politicians, judges, CEOs, journalists, comedians, and many other professionals.
Things did seem to start changing especially after an interview I had at the Library at the University of Texas at El Paso in late 2001 where it seemed like someone was pulling strings to get me a good position in a law library again. I never learned who this person or group of people might be. UTEP did settle on someone who had been a practicing lawyer unlike me.
There is a connection to Barack Obama in all this that I had feared that Donald Trump would take advantage of in 2012 but he must not have seen the Justice e-mail I had sent back around 2000 which this student newspaper at Brandeis University had re-published in 2011 and that was up on-and-off until 2013 or so. My immediate supervisor at the U of MN Law School had gone onto the U of Chicago Law School Library. I had called her twice around 1992 or 1993 and she flat out told me that I had been blacklisted from law librarianship and that law librarians were a small group with very long memories. This law library employee probably had some contact with Barack Obama when he was a Law Professor to the U of Chicago but I doubt if the WESTLAW cataloger, Joe Biden and the other stuff ever came up in their probably extremely limited conversations. He was busy trying to launch his political career I would guess.
There is still an e-mail I had sent to Villanova back around 2002-2003 that is still up the last I looked. Again an e-mail to a Student Newspaper. I was e-mailing all of the Student Newspapers back in the 2000-2004 period along with just about every other media which had an e-mail address.
So Trump is right about some things with respect to the political establishment and how arm-in-arm some of them are with the media. There are exceptions though and Trump now seems to have become one of the swamp creatures and I see very little chance of change in the DC Beltway.
Libraries could play a critical role in making citizens less prone to being manipulated by either the media or by established politicians.

Go talk to your local library director about the 224 613 Project. My guess is that they have heard about it by now.
Past AALL Annual Meeting Locations (https://www.aallnet.org/conference/more/past-meetings/am-locations-past.html)
Remember trying to get a victims/survivors of crimes lecture at the AALL Convention in 2001 in Minneapolis at their Summer Convention and I could not find enough speakers for the requirements of the AALL Convention people. I did manage to rope a leader in the Mothers Against Drunken Driving movement. So, I had to throw in the towel but kept looking for jobs in libraries probably up through when we moved to the Villages in 2005. I did manage to anger Gene Coppola in the Summer of 2000 by not accepting his offer that the Palm Harbor Public Library would take 50% of anything he and his staff could help me with in the way of grants for library work. He had started his meeting with me with "I do not like whiners and liars." This was at our very first meeting and almost his first words out of his mouth. I had been volunteering at the Palm Harbor Library when I met Gene Coppola for about a month or so. He had stated about a week prior to this. The Palm Harbor Library Director before Coppola had been forced out for scolding an employee for taking a too long break and generally acting like a pervert watching adult movies in his office with the door open.
Coppola threatened me with a lawsuit in 2004, March 2 to be exact for my writing true e-mails to his staff about them no longer having a link to the Florida Victim Services Directory.

If this person knew me he would not be making these comments. Do not buy into what liars post on this board. I am putting this person back on the Ignore List but making a record of this claim that this person knows me. He does not look familiar. My identity is easy to find because of the 224 613 Project and my contacts with the Sumter County Sheriff and Court Administrator. I do not take kindly to stalkers of any kind. My 224 613 Project is my life's work and whether or not I get any MORE monetary gain out of it depends on other people not me. Remember who I am. I am a long term activist for survivors/victims of crimes based on my experiences with many survivors/victims of crimes in many states and some abroad as well.
Trial date set for suspect in Gypsy Hill killings (http://www.mercurynews.com/2017/04/12/trial-date-set-for-suspect-in-gypsy-hill-killings/) My interest in this matter stems from the 2-24 1976 murder of Michelle Mitchell near the U of Nevada, Reno campus. 2-24 is my birthday. Think about that. I get many reminders of this every day. Her murder was probably done by Rodney Halbower. Trial date set for suspect in Gypsy Hill killings (http://www.mercurynews.com/2017/04/12/trial-date-set-for-suspect-in-gypsy-hill-killings/)

Note I have been pushing this Directory since 2007 on TOTV. A Fort Myers Rape Crisis Center group had told me about it and their desire to see it in libraries. So I started writing all the public and law libraries in FL for them to get a link to the Florida Victim Services Directory.
Gary Corsair, a former Villages Daily Sun reporter, had done a Memorial Day 2007 article on me about my efforts to get the Florida Victim Services Directory connected to the Lake, Marion, and Sumter County Library Systems.

I recall that Gene Coppola the Director of the Palm Harbor Library the first time I met him around July or August of 2000 demanded a cut of 50% if they got involved with this Project. I said no right away to Coppola as I had just met him and already had nine years of hard work on this Herculean effort. Other library directors in the Tampa Bay area were more friendly especially Lana Bullian who I used to say hi to quite often when she was at Tarpon Springs PL and then when she became Library Director at the Safety Harbor PL.
Ignore the trolls on here. They like to stir doubts and anger just because they can on an unmoderated Political Forum.
Coppola saw something he wanted to steal with my 224 613 Project. And this is intellectual property of sorts. It is very well documented as well.
I was a volunteer at Palm Harbor Library for then about two months when I met Gene Coppola around July or August of 2000. I had a MA in Librarianship and Information Management and then maybe ten years of library related work or volunteer experience. In addition I had a JD and two BAs in Philosophy and History with two semesters of Spanish as well. And some Dutch and German courses too taken after getting these 4 degrees. The Spanish was after I got my MA and while I was working as an Indexer/Abstractor at the Ziff Davis owned Information Access Company.

Al Sharpton reported today that Walt Disney's new film called "Jet Black," the African-American version of "Snow White" has been canceled. All of the 7 dwarfs: Dealer, Stealer, Mugger, Forger, Drive By, Homeboy, and Shank have refused to sing "Hi Ho" because they say it offends black prostitutes.
They also say they damn sure have no intention of singing, "It's off to work we go."

I had been trying to get the help of CEOs, social workers, psychiatrists, psychologists, movie stars, movie directors, movie studio heads, soap opera stars, soap opera writers, advertisers, etc. to spotlight the problem that these received letters showed.

...you may get a nice surprise. She is one of the many celebrities I follow on Facebook and I can have exchanges with some of them. And have. I have been on Facebook for seven years or so and was on Findlaw from 2002-2006 or so and had a nice relationship online with a Lifetime Production Assistant. One of her boyfriends even came on and claimed to be a very liberal extremely well known movie star.
And movie stars do have e-mail addresses. I wrote a few of these people for years in the early 2000s.

A twist on this. Law libraries collect movies and I wonder if their law students are starting to notice some interesting things going on in these movies since at least 1996's Dustin Hoffman/Rene Russo's Outbreak up through 2016's Passengers.
A little more information about this.

LOL...
"The Magic Sentences Of Liberty"
"Liberty" is a poetic term for property rights.
Therefore there are only two kind of laws:
Type 1) those that protect property rights,
Type 2) and those that attack property rights <--- where fascism lives
"Have the government do unto others and their property as you'd have the government do unto you, and your property."
(We can eliminate 90% of the cr*p and conflict we call politics with first principles of Liberty.)

Just Ignore what the jerks might say on this thread. I just have put a group of these people on my Ignore List but they continue to post stuff against me even though I am trying to no longer even look at these. Not worth my time.
Oh. Take a close look at the movies Suicide Squad, Focus, Passengers, The Nice Guys, Deadpool and especially The Shallows. The Shallows (2016) - Rotten Tomatoes (https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/the_shallows/)
Love that movie The Shallows. She really conquers her fears of that Great White Shark. I got a very nice Private Message from a French actress with a black belt last summer on Facebook asked me in French if I would allow them to be part of my thing. I said yes in English. I did win the Outstanding Reader of French award at the University of Nevada, Reno around 1980 but that was 37 years or so ago. Had to look up the word she used for "thing" as I might have been slang from Paris.
The French actress has some movies coming out soon and knows some actors with connections to the Villages.
These celebrities do care about members of their movies, shows, concerts, sports' performance, etc. I remember sending an awful lot of Facebook messages to some ballet dancers in Rio last year. Where there's a way; there's a will.
Had a sister-in-law who grew up in Brazil. Pain in my ass in many classes at the University of Nevada, Reno but my older brother fell in love with her much to my surprise.

Back to the topic which is practical materials for survivors/victims of crimes accessible through or in libraries of all kinds. And the help I seemed to have gotten with this cause since 1992 from many quarters? Hollywood, politicians, librarians, lawyers, etc? The 224 613 Project in other words which is a job of sorts. The Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education saw this as work I did from IL, MN, FL, and CA that had had an effect on the State of Nevada's libraries. They had a meeting about my request and other matters in September of 2000.

Mills Lane used to talk to me on the phone about whom to contact with my 224 613 Project. Of course, things have changed greatly in 2017 now for survivors/victims of crimes. Still you really do not get much in the way of governmental help unless you report a crime against you AND the police have the means, willingness, and agenda to follow through for the victim/survivor. Some crimes they do not even bother with investigating at all.

I have about a dozen people on my Ignore List and if you do not see me responding to some person at all it is usually for a good reason. Look at the very beginning of this thread to get an idea why I just Ignore certain people. And this works well too as I do not have to hear or read their heckling.

A man was walking down the street when he was accosted by a dirty and shabby-looking man who asked him for a couple of dollars for dinner.
The man took out his wallet, took out ten dollars and asked, "If I give you this money, will you buy some beer with it instead of dinner?"
"No, I had to stop drinking years ago," the homeless man replied.
"Will you spend this on green fees at a golf course instead of food?" the man asked.
"Are you NUTS!" replied the homeless man. "I haven't played golf in 20 years!"
"Well," said the man, "I'm not going to give you money. Instead, I'm going to take you home for a hot shower and a terrific dinner cooked by my wife."
The homeless man was astounded and said, "Won't your wife be furious with you for doing that?"
The man replied, "That's okay. I'd like her to see what a man looks like after he has given up drinking and golf."

I was at the one in Reno, Nevada in 1989. This was about six weeks after I graduated from the U of MN Law School in May of 1989. I was introduced as the cataloger of all the WESTLAW computer files.
Then I went to the AALL meeting in Minneapolis in 1990 and the one in New Orleans in 1991 as well as the one
in San Francisco in 1992. Could not afford to go to any of the others so I had to just use snail mail to write various people attending these conventions.

Annual Meeting and Conference (https://www.aallnet.org/conference)
Two weeks or so until American Association of Law Libraries convention in Austin, Texas.
I wonder if Ivanka Trump whom I follow on Facebook has caught on yet to my 224 613 Project and how it kind of challenges the Establishment in many of the same ways as her father? I have had a lot of problems with bureaucrats more interested in strict adherence to the rules rather than their trying to help the people they serve over the last 26 years while fighting for access to practical information for survivors/victims of crimes.
I probably would be having a harder time with this 224 613 Project if Hillary Clinton had been elected but that is all just speculation now. As I have said often on here -- the Republicans have been the people who have helped me the most with this 224 613 Project.
The lady at the Sumter County Government Annex yesterday was wonderful with my mother and her getting her driver's license renewed. She went out of her way to make sure each person coming in was treated with respect and that she could do everything she could to help with all the Forms. Hat's off to how they run that place if this nice and professional woman is representative of that office.
And the library workers were helpful as well at the Sumter County Library there at the North end of the building. I usually use the Lake County Library System but once in a while will visit the Sumter County libraries.
From a few months back.

613 posts it looks like on my 224 613 thread about libraries and empowering survivors/victims of crimes through access to practical information available through or in libraries of all kinds. I have been worked at this-- and it is very hard work-- since January 1991 but banking on experiences I had starting with when I learned that my then Earl Wooster High School teacher Mrs. Barbara Mitchell's daughter Michelle Mitchell had been murdered on my birthday of 2-24 in 1976 near the University of Nevada, Reno. I went into the Washoe County library on February 28, 1976 looking for something helpful to aid my fellow Earl Wooster HS students cope with the murder investigation which went on three years. This was for my own dealing with this murder on my birthday as well.

And the harassment from other posters probably continues as I have a rather extensive IGNORE LIST of haters on the Talk of the Villages Political Forum. You will see this person AJ32162 chiming in from the very beginning of my thread. So, of course, why would I read anything this man has to say? What interests me is why does he continue to stalk, harass, annoy and pester? I do not know this creep as far as I am aware.
You can Go down to the Quote Post button and get the last ten posts of people on the Political Forum. Put them on the IGNORE LIST and you can then see wherever they posted on an entire thread. And you can View Post of these if you need to make a record of these posts.

Law libraries are our checks and balances on the legal system. Or one of the most important ones of these safe guards if someone does not get why this is important. Many people do understand why this is important.

I'll answer the question for you. I think that you are an insecure 'man child' and drama queen who will do anything to garner attention.
Most of your posts are irrelevant nonsense that no one cares about...birthdays...movie references...your personal life, and yet you continue to troll the political forum with your off-subject rants and incoherent ramblings.
I have tried through my posts (like so many others have), to try to make you understand that your eccentric, personal, and oftentimes unintelligible posts has not place on the political forum. But, there is just no getting through to you. Why don't you just restrict your attention-seeking posts to Facebook and spare yourself any future criticism?

Damn those Yankees. Really wanted the Twins to win last night.
Do MLB players know about my 224 613 Project? I bet the smarter ones have figured this out. The dumber ones maybe not.
I cannot understand why some people do not get that my 224 613 Project is extremely political? Or maybe they have some other agenda on here for the long term harassment of me? What's their motives for this CRIMINAL ONLINE HARASSMENT of months and months?
Look at my first posts in this long thread and it should show why this is Political. https://www.talkofthevillages.com/forums/1387230-post1.html
It is about empowering victims/survivors of crimes through access to practical information. This Project has adapted to the changes in technology and the kinds of crimes being committed.

I wonder where all these views (14772 now as of 10:03 AM EST Wednesday 10/04/2017) come from if I have not done something worthwhile the 27.75 years I have been working on this Project. The State of Nevada Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education did vote that my work on this Project in the 1990s counted as work in librarianship in the State of Nevada even though I had been doing this in MN, IL, CA and FL during that time. While trying to break a blacklist put on me by a very powerful group of Law Librarians probably connected to the Law Librarian of Congress M. Kathleen Price. Not sure about how that is all related.
I believe that the State of Nevada WICHE heard my pleas back at a meeting around September 5 or 6 of 2000.
My work still affects Nevada and many other states.
It is basically crowd sourcing using the help of the many kindred spirits around the world. It fits in very closely with the visions of the Founding Fathers and their informed citizens and the like.
It is meant as a check on bureaucracy and dictatorial pronouncements.
Nevada is connected very much to the 224 613 Project because of the 2-24-1976 murder of Michelle Mitchell in Reno, Nevada. But what is in libraries in Nevada and elsewhere for survivors/victims of crimes affects people now in 2017. 2-24 is my birthday which I have mentioned extremely often. Please no one quote this creep. I could not care less about what he posts. I do hope though that police take action against these people for long term ILLEGAL online harassment.
The UNLV Law School is a big part of my 224 613 Project unless something went wrong with that strategy. Who knows? I have not been to Las Vegas since 1986 or so. Did not feel like driving through there and my journey from Northern CA to Palm Harbor, FL in 1996.
I do have many contacts in Vegas though. I hope some of them read this TOTV Political Forum. And they would be smart enough not to say so online.

Do some deep thinking about how this all fits together.
And also ask yourself about the motives of some long term harassers and stalkers I have had on this thread from its beginning. Put one of these harassers on your Ignore List and you will be able to see what they posted months ago on this thread by pushing View Post when it shows their name. I have made records of some of these posts in case something else is going on than just some ass of the TOTV Political Forum. https://www.talkofthevillages.com/forums/villages-florida-political-talk-88/american-association-law-libraries-past-conventions-238283/

Online Resources (http://sumter.librarycatalog.info/polaris/library/userdef/resources.aspx)
The most important consideration though is what is in your library? How easy is it to get to materials that will help survivors/victims of crimes? And this will vary a great deal from library system to library system. Google is great in certain situations in others you will need a person to help you get through all the materials that might be involved.

I do hope that other people than Villagers are looking at this thread.

Getting there slowly. :bigbow::welcome:

I am still feeling pretty good with the prospects of my massive 26 year 224 613 Project to empower survivors/victims of crimes through access to practical information available through or in libraries of all kinds. Gary Corsair, a Villages Daily Sun reporter, did a story on my efforts connected to the Lake, Sumter and Marion County public libraries which appeared on Memorial Day in 2007. I would often run into his dog Boo Radley along with his wife at one of the local dog parks and she was always friendly. Corsair did a little research on me back on that Memorial Day weekend and wanted to see my records on my work up to then in 2007. I said "No" as I had just met him a few minutes before. He was just walking in my neighborhood looking for a story to write which did get my hackles up.
I have used copies of that Memorial Day 2007 article to try to get people to dialog about the practical needs of survivors/victims of crimes with respect to libraries of all kinds in every state of the United States. And this does involve power of these survivors/victims within the legal system and also out of it.
Many of my real Villages' area friends complemented me on that Memorial Day article. Mr. Corsair got a few of the facts wrong though.
This is very much related to politics though and the policies of the current Senate, House and the US President. Especially related to library funding and how they treat survivors/victims of crimes.

Please Ignore the many TROLLS on this thread and focus on the facts. What more can be done in each community with respect to preventing more violence? Access to information is critical. Helping the mentally ill, supporting people who have domestic violence problems, kinds of addictive behaviors, etc.

For anyone who forgot who Michelle Mitchell was she was the daughter of my favorite English teacher Mrs. Barbara Mitchell at Earl Wooster High School in Reno, Nevada in the 1975-1976 academic year. Her father was a teacher at a different high School in Reno. They lived at the other edge of Reno on the far north side. I was on the far south.
John Picollo was another student in the Mitchell English class. He knew her from visits to the Michelle house for some reason.
I was busy taking correspondence courses through a third Reno High School so that I could get through high school in three years.
On 2-24-1976 (my birthday is 2-24) Ms. Michelle Mitchell a 19 year old nursing student was killed in a garage close to the U of Nevada- Reno campus a few doors down where from my older brother lived. He remembered hearing all the sirens and wondering what was going on that night of my birthday.
On Wednesday 2-25-1976 our class got the news that we would be getting a substitute because of the murder of Michelle Mitchell.
John Picollo was one of the people questioned in the murder as were some of the other people who had met Michelle Mitchell.
I had done a drawing of a picture of a woman in a magazine. During my Spring 1976 Art Show at Wooster High School, Mrs. Mitchell had seen that drawing and told me how much it reminded her of her daughter.
She had not returned to work for quite some time but was teaching a few months after the murder of her daughter which would go unsolved until 1979.
The Mitchells gave me and John Picollo the Michelle Mitchell Memorial Scholarship. Maybe $200 a Semester for the 1976-1977 Academic Year. This Scholarship stayed on my resume for decades.
I gave the drawing of the woman who reminded Mrs. Mitchell to the family when I drove to their house across town to thank all of them for the Michelle Mitchell Memorial Scholarship and told them that I was thinking of becoming a doctor.
I started volunteering at the Veteran's Hospital in 1977 through 1978 in Reno, Nevada to see if I enjoyed working around patients. The nurses learned I could draw and soon I was taking home photos of the patients at the intensive care wing to try to capture their likenesses. As soon as these were OKed by the patients the nurses put these drawings outside their rooms and the nurses hired an Art Major from the University of Nevada, Reno to continue these art works after I quit volunteering in 1978 as I had decided that I could not handle the deaths of the patients all that well. And I had trouble with some of the chemistry and calculus.
Started studying Philosophy and History instead with an eye to maybe going to law school if my grades were good enough.
I stayed in contact of sorts with the Mitchells through letters and by meeting Wooster students at the University of Nevada, Reno or through my younger brother who also had Mrs. Barbara Mitchell for English about four years after me.
One of the prosecutors of the woman eventually seen as the murderer of Michelle Mitchell, Cathy Woods, was a bridge partner of my parents, Mills Lane. I would get phone calls from Mills Lane too in my 224 613 Project with respect to strategy. These probably went on until 1996 or so.
It turned out that Cathy Woods had been railroaded by cops and prosecutors looking to get closure for the people involved. Woods was a paranoid schizophrenic who had confessed falsely to the murder of Michelle Mitchell to get a better room in a prison in Louisiana. It looks like she was fed inside information to make the prosecution easier. That's just going on the press coming out in 2014-2016.
I knew Mrs. Barbara Mitchell quite well. And no I never met Michelle Mitchell. I did meet the rest of her immediate family.
I talked about the trials, appeals, etc of Cathy Woods and people supposedly connected to her with students from Wooster High School whom I would run into all over Reno, Sparks.
My parents moved from Reno, Nevada in 1984 to Scottsdale, AZ but my late younger brother stayed there until 1990 or so.
I have family still in Reno, Nevada and went to Reno, Nevada about six weeks after graduating from the U of MN Law School where Gail Daly introduced me to the American Association of Law Libraries Summer Convention people as the cataloger of all the computer files on WESTLAW for a national project working in conjunction with SUNY at Buffalo where they were doing the LEXIS cataloging.

I used to walk my square cocker spaniel Amber around these trailers hoping to run into someone and tell them to have a nice day. Did tell some to avoid the duck poop on the golf course green.

Ignore the cyber harassers on here. Just speaks to how hard this has been taking on the powers that be to get practical materials for survivors/victims of crimes. Remember that I have been at this since February 28, 1976 when I went into the downtown Washoe County public library to look for materials to help me and my fellow Earl Wooster High School students cope with the 2-24 murder investigation in the slaying of our English teacher Mrs. Barbara Mitchell's daughter Michelle Mitchell near the University of Nevada, Reno campus. 2-24 is my birthday. This case is in the news as there is a trial in August of 2017 of the person of interest -- Rodney Halbower-- in the killings of two girls on the SF Peninsula. This man is linked through DNA to the murder of Michelle Mitchell.
I worked under M. Kathleen Price who became Law Librarian of Congress around 1990-1995 and I was the person responsible for cataloging all the computer files on WESTLAW for a national project working with the SUNY at Buffalo Law Library. I was working at the U of MN Law Library one of the largest law libraries in the world. Got my JD in 1989 and prior to that earned two BAs at the University of Nevada, Reno and a MA from the U of Denver in Librarianship and Information Management. 4 degrees is an incredible amount of work and $$$.
This story involves some of the most powerful law librarians in world and many Members of Congress.

That was after Gary Corsair had done a small article on me in The Villages Daily Sun on Memorial Day of 2007. And probably long after I had written the Sumter County Sheriff Bill Farmer and introduced myself and my work in late 2005.
I do hope law enforcement look at these posts of mine about the 224 613 Project. I have been counting on it.

So they enter heaven, and sure enough, there are ducks all over the place. It is almost impossible not to step on a duck, and although they try their best to avoid them, the first guy accidentally steps on one.
Along comes St. Peter with the ugliest woman he has ever seen. St. Peter chains them together and says "Your punishment for stepping on a duck is to spend eternity chained to the ugly woman!"
The next day, the second guy steps accidentally on a duck, and long comes St. Peter, who doesn't miss a thing, and with him is another extremely ugly woman. He chains them together with the same admonishment as for the first guy.
The third guy has observed all this and not wanting to be chained for all eternity to an ugly woman, is very, VERY careful where he steps. He manages to go months without stepping on any ducks, but one day St. Peter comes up to him with the most gorgeous woman he has ever laid eyes on...a very tall, tan, curvaceous, sexy blonde. St. Peter chains them together without saying a word.
The guy remarks, "I wonder what I did to deserve being chained to you for all of eternity?" She says, "I don't know about you, but I stepped on a duck!”

Ignore cyber stalkers and harassers.

There once was a man who owned a sausage factory, and he was showing his arrogant preppy son around his factory.
Try as he might to impress his snobbish son, his son would just sneer.
They approached the heart of the factory, where the father thought, "this should impress him!"
He showed his son a machine and said: "Son, this is the heart of the factory. With this machine here we can put in a pig, and out come sausages."
The son, openly sneering, said: "Yes, but do you have a machine where you can put in a sausage and out comes a pig?"
The furious father thought and said: "Yes son, we call it your mother."

What is this all this TOUCHY FEELY project 248 123 supposed to accomplish?
"Materials and rights of crime victims" ???? wtf is that? Is the Femo-Fascist idea of locking the barn door after the horse has been stolen?
Do you teach the Touchy-Feeling victims THE 2ND AMENDTMENT and get them a coupon for weapons training at the local FIRING RANGE??????
That would do more for "victims rights" than a mountain of this TOUCHY FEELY SH*T ! ! ! !

Ignore the trolls, half-wits, and idiots that sometimes post on here. And not just on this thread.
Information of a practical kind is power. The Securities Exchange Commission understood that with respect to people knowing more than they should about a company's inner workers and plans with respect to insider training.
But learning about the criminal justice system for survivors/victims of crimes is a very useful and empowering things to do as well as looking often at State and the US Constitution and logical thinking. Your logical fallacy is slippery slope (https://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/slippery-slope)

Noticed that I wrote an e-mail to maybe 150+ librarians (law and public), victim/witness assistance providers, politicians, law professors, and others about the Florida Victim Services Directory and getting something like it in their states or if their state had it making sure it is linked from their law and other libraries. This was on 7/27/2000 at 7:03:06 PM EST.
Victim Services Directory (http://myfloridalegal.com/directory)
I had talked to someone at the FL Attorney General's Office about how current the Directory was kept and how best to access it. The paper copy that they had in 2000 was too hard to keep up to date.
What's in your library?
I had been sending out many e-mails in the 2000s. Some of these were quite strange, admittedly, but many of them were not. And many of these went to a few hundred people at once.
These e-mails were going to law and public librarians in the largest law and public libraries in the United States as well as various local librarians in the Tampa Bay area.
I did have various writers and/or celebrities on my list of correspondents as well for years. A few of those are still house hold names.

I was a pest for these starting in Reno, Nevada in 1989 and going up through the one in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1996. All part of my 224 613 Project. I had been trying to get the help of CEOs, social workers, psychiatrists, psychologists, movie stars, movie directors, movie studio heads, soap opera stars, soap opera writers, advertisers, etc. to spotlight the problem that these received letters showed.

I had just met Gary Corsair that 2007 Memorial Day weekend Friday or Saturday. He chatted up my mom while she was weeding in our yard and told him about my 224 613 Project as something he may want to write about.
He probably thought I was a little nuts but after a little while asked me to see my files. I said "No" as I do not just warm up to some Joe or Jill off the street especially if they want to tell my story when I am perfectly capable of doing that at the right time.
He did seem to be doing a lot of articles about Big Foot and Basketball in the Villages after that. And I would run into the Villages Daily Sun photographer George H., who took my and my dog Sport's picture for that May 31, 2007 article.

No matter how corrupt they may be, no State Legislature is going to send a Femo-Fascist (like Hillary Clinton) to Washington, who then turns around and tries to impose mountains of Federal crap on the States, e.g. gun control, Obamacare, environmentalism, touchy-feely laws, taxes-taxes-taxes, etc.
The minute they become Beltway-too-big-for-their-britches, they get yanked out of office by the State Legislature.
The Founding Fathers understood this simple mechanism and check on the Federal Govt. They also hated democracy, for the disgusting reasons we can see in Femo-Fascism.
We can start to turn back the Femo-Fascist tide of sewage by Repealing the 17th Amendment.

I did not write any Russian libraries, librarians, politicians, writers, celebrities, athletes about my 224 613 Project as it would not work all that well in a totalitarian regime or even in an extremely corrupt one.

Strange memory. australia.gov.au (http://www.australia.gov.au/) I did write many politicians in the UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Turkey, Greece, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Sweden, etc., where many of these movies with 224 613 code are showing up in scores over the past few years. Hundreds in my estimation of movies have the 224 613 codes.

The FBI had been CCed into the e-mails -- or some of them-- I had sent abroad.
I would bet that many of the kids of FBI agents have noticed the 224 613 numbers in TV shows, ads, movies, news programs, and the like especially over the past few years. Many kids in the Villages I suppose also notice these. Has anyone told me what they mean? No they have not.
But I see a lot more pieces of the puzzle than the run -of- the- mill TRUMP TROLL on here. The FBI would see more pieces than I would as would some of the news programs like CBS News in the evening.

Sorry Talt, and I realize you wish it were true, but there aren't any of the aforementioned venues that are touting your personal (and worthwhile) project.
Just because numbers show up, does not mean an acknowledgement of a project...that uses one-half of the numbers between 0-9.
Wishful thinking doesn't hurt anything...but don't get your hopes up too much.

You are not looking very hard. It is not about me but what is in libraries for survivors/victims of crimes. Believe it is happening but seems to be working more with Facebook than Talk of the Villages. Facebook has been helping me quite a bit by highlighting letters I had received and written about even if they have too many views now for me to afford the cost of a new Photobucket level of traffic. And Facebook would get to the people in Reno, Minneapolis, DC, Los Angeles, San Francisco and elsewhere who can do a lot more for this Project than the people who post on the Political Forum. There are a lot of people who just look at it but never post. I have talked to some of these at length. I happen to like talking to teachers, nurses, psychiatric social workers, journalists and the like.

Law libraries are our checks and balances on the legal system. Or one of the most important ones of these safe guards if someone does not get why this is important. Many people do understand why this is important.

I wonder what these politicians would think in November of 2017 about this 224 613 Project? How about in November of 2018?
Librarians are levellers with respect to access to some information. The really useful stuff is going to be protected, of course, by those with the most money and other connections.
