Ignore the nonsensical posts of bog99. Pretty much all of them are about Femo-Fascism and property rights which for him is somehow connected to having local communities elect Senators. 17th Amendment repeal, etc.

Past AALL Annual Meeting Locations (https://www.aallnet.org/conference/more/past-meetings/am-locations-past.html)
I was a pest for these starting in Reno, Nevada in 1989 and going up through the one in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1996. Decided it was a waste of money sending all those snail mail letters out after 1996 to people who were going to go to these conventions. Trying to get them to actually just look at the letters I had received from lawyers, victim/witness assistance providers, Attorney Generals from various States, various association leaders, and many others.
All part of my 224 613 Project. I had been trying to get the help of CEOs, social workers, psychiatrists, psychologists, movie stars, movie directors, movie studio heads, soap opera stars, soap opera writers, advertisers, etc. to spotlight the problem that these received letters showed.

And why do I keep complaining on other threads on this Political Forum? In the hope that other good people will take a stand against bullies and help clean up this Forum. Take it back from the people who just resort to crude jokes, harassment that borders on the CRIMINAL , insults, etc.
Look at my 224 613 threads. You will see content that has been recognized by various posters. You should be able to spot the trolls and those who have given something of value to this Political Forum.

I have been concerned about is available for survivors/victims since February 28, 1976 when trying to help fellow Earl Wooster High School students cope with the 2-24-1976 murder of our English teacher Barbara Mitchell's daughter Michelle Mitchell. 2-24 is also my birthday. I have put in thousands of man hours into trying to help survivors/victims of crimes starting in January of 1991 but not using these two numbers 224 and 613 until taking part in a 17 week study on stress in the unemployed conducted by the University of California, San Francisco Health Sciences Campus in late 1992 through 1993.

Another little twist on this. While at the U of MN Law Library I had worked under M. Kathleen Price the Law Library Director. She became Law Librarian of Congress around 1990 and was in that position until around 1996 or so. There was an CBS new report around July 6, 1996 that the Library of Congress was challenging whistleblowers and people who wanted to improve things on terms of their mental health rather than addressing their concerns. That is what happened to me at the U of MN Law Library in 1991. Rather than addressing the issue I had with respect to needs of survivors/victims of crimes to practical information the Law Library supervisor of mine probably acting on orders first subtly and then not so subtly put my mental health in question for wanting to talk to FUTURE law library employers about a glaring niche I had found in the delivery system of practical information for victims/survivors of crimes.
I am not saying I have any evidence that M. Kathleen Price was advising this law library supervisor of mine about putting my mental health in question. I was not privy to that information.
I did complain to the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee in 1991 about this-- Senator Joe Biden. Who wrote back that they do not get involved with matters involving only one person. Many US State governors responded unlike this letter from Senator Joe Biden. As did some other US Senators, US Representatives, the Speaker of the House for the State of MN, and others.
So, I have never been much of a fan of that Cheshire Cat Joe Biden. If he had taken a stand in 1991 things would have been a lot different for survivors/victims of crimes in the 1990s as attitudes of law professors towards survivors/victims of crimes rub off on their law students who might become politicians, judges, CEOs, journalists, comedians, and many other professionals.
Things did seem to start changing especially after an interview I had at the Library at the University of Texas at El Paso in late 2001 where it seemed like someone was pulling strings to get me a good position in a law library again. I never learned who this person or group of people might be. UTEP did settle on someone who had been a practicing lawyer unlike me.
There is a connection to Barack Obama in all this that I had feared that Donald Trump would take advantage of in 2012 but he must not have seen the Justice e-mail I had sent back around 2000 which this student newspaper at Brandeis University had re-published in 2011 and that was up on-and-off until 2013 or so. My immediate supervisor at the U of MN Law School had gone onto the U of Chicago Law School Library. I had called her twice around 1992 or 1993 and she flat out told me that I had been blacklisted from law librarianship and that law librarians were a small group with very long memories. This law library employee probably had some contact with Barack Obama when he was a Law Professor to the U of Chicago but I doubt if the WESTLAW cataloger, Joe Biden and the other stuff ever came up in their probably extremely limited conversations. He was busy trying to launch his political career I would guess.
There is still an e-mail I had sent to Villanova back around 2002-2003 that is still up the last I looked. Again an e-mail to a Student Newspaper. I was e-mailing all of the Student Newspapers back in the 2000-2004 period along with just about every other media which had an e-mail address.
So Trump is right about some things with respect to the political establishment and how arm-in-arm some of them are with the media. There are exceptions though and Trump now seems to have become one of the swamp creatures and I see very little chance of change in the DC Beltway.
Libraries could play a critical role in making citizens less prone to being manipulated by either the media or by established politicians.

Remember trying to get a victims/survivors of crimes lecture at the AALL Convention in 2001 in Minneapolis at their Summer Convention and I could not find enough speakers for the requirements of the AALL Convention people. I did manage to rope a leader in the Mothers Against Drunken Driving movement. So, I had to throw in the towel but kept looking for jobs in libraries probably up through when we moved to the Villages in 2005. I did manage to anger Gene Coppola in the Summer of 2000 by not accepting his offer that the Palm Harbor Public Library would take 50% of anything he and his staff could help me with in the way of grants for library work. He had started his meeting with me with "I do not like whiners and liars." This was at our very first meeting and almost his first words out of his mouth. I had been volunteering at the Palm Harbor Library when I met Gene Coppola for about a month or so. He had stated about a week prior to this. The Palm Harbor Library Director before Coppola had been forced out for scolding an employee for taking a too long break and generally acting like a pervert watching adult movies in his office with the door open.
Coppola threatened me with a lawsuit in 2004, March 2 to be exact for my writing true e-mails to his staff about them no longer having a link to the Florida Victim Services Directory.

Victim Services Directory (http://myfloridalegal.com/directory)
Note I have been pushing this Directory since 2007 on TOTV. A Fort Myers Rape Crisis Center group had told me about it and their desire to see it in libraries. So I started writing all the public and law libraries in FL for them to get a link to the Florida Victim Services Directory.
Gary Corsair, a former Villages Daily Sun reporter, had done a Memorial Day 2007 article on me about my efforts to get the Florida Victim Services Directory connected to the Lake, Marion, and Sumter County Library Systems.

If this person knew me he would not be making these comments. Do not buy into what liars post on this board. I am putting this person back on the Ignore List but making a record of this claim that this person knows me. He does not look familiar. My identity is easy to find because of the 224 613 Project and my contacts with the Sumter County Sheriff and Court Administrator. I do not take kindly to stalkers of any kind. My 224 613 Project is my life's work and whether or not I get any MORE monetary gain out of it depends on other people not me. Remember who I am. I am a long term activist for survivors/victims of crimes based on my experiences with many survivors/victims of crimes in many states and some abroad as well.
Trial date set for suspect in Gypsy Hill killings (http://www.mercurynews.com/2017/04/12/trial-date-set-for-suspect-in-gypsy-hill-killings/) My interest in this matter stems from the 2-24 1976 murder of Michelle Mitchell near the U of Nevada, Reno campus. 2-24 is my birthday. Think about that. I get many reminders of this every day. Her murder was probably done by Rodney Halbower. I remember all those supportive letters from the guy who had been the Dean of the University of Minnesota Law School while I was there as a student and as an employee of the Law Library. This was Robert Stein who became the Executive Director of the American Bar Association. I wrote them quite often. Mainly looking for ABA publications that would be useful for survivors/victims of crimes or getting publications put together for helping them.
Most of the library associations are based in Chicago as is the American Bar Association.

I was at the one in Reno, Nevada in 1989. This was about six weeks after I graduated from the U of MN Law School in May of 1989. I was introduced as the cataloger of all the WESTLAW computer files.
Then I went to the AALL meeting in Minneapolis in 1990 and the one in New Orleans in 1991 as well as the one
in San Francisco in 1992. Could not afford to go to any of the others so I had to just use snail mail to write various people attending these conventions.
Some more information about this.

It has been the Republicans who have been the most helpful with this Project especially the State Governors who were Republicans.
And I do not know what Donald John Trump will do with it yet. We will see. Ivanka Trump shows up on my Facebook page as I follow here and sometimes share some of her posts.
Joe Biden was no help in 1991. I do not know much about later than that.

Senator Orrin Hatch (Utah) is retiring. He gave me my first HUGE break in the 224 613 Project back in 1993 with a very supportive and extremely useful letter.
It has been the Republicans who have been the most helpful with this Project especially the State Governors who were Republicans.
And I do not know what Donald John Trump will do with it yet. We will see. Ivanka Trump shows up on my Facebook page as I follow here and sometimes share some of her posts.

Says someone who deliberately sabotaged a primarily Republican backed 224 613 Project on the Political Forum. At least back in the first ten years or so of it. 1991-2001. Republicans were my main support.
Democrats usually push for the rights of defendants more than victims/survivors even if that is a very gross over-generalization.
That did change in the 2000s quite a bit. I moved to the Villages in 2005.

This was what the 224 613 Project was about. Creating an ongoing dialog about the practical informational needs of survivors/victims of crimes accessible in or through libraries of all kinds. As well as law enforcement web-sites. Been doing this since 1991 even if it was very trial-and-error.

Future Annual Meeting Dates and Locations (https://www.aallnet.org/conference/education/future-meetings/am-locations.html) Will be interesting to see what happens in these future AALL meetings.

Get involved. What is in your local public library and sheriff's office for survivors/victims of crimes and/or their supporters? How about your community's law library? Is it easy to use?

I still don't understand the purpose of the constant bumping and view count tabulations of these several threads. We've all seen them. We all know what's in them.
If your goal is for someone new to see them, I'm not sure that's a realistic expectation. And if someone new does see them what do you think their takeaway will be?
Yes, you've been trolled. But you have instigated and trolled too. Do you really want these threads to be representative of what your project stands for?
There has to be a better means to get your project out there. I still can't understand why you don't put together your own website. It is very easy and very inexpensive.

A twist on this. Law libraries collect movies and I wonder if their law students are starting to notice some interesting things going on in these movies since at least 1996's Dustin Hoffman/Rene Russo's Outbreak up through 2016's Passengers. Please Ignore the many TROLLS on this thread and focus on the facts. What more can be done in each community with respect to preventing more violence? Access to information is critical. Helping the mentally ill, supporting people who have domestic violence problems, kinds of addictive behaviors, etc.
These links adapted to the local community's various needs would be what I would like to see attached to our local library and sheriff's offices web-sites. Washoe County Sheriff's Office - Northern Nevada's Full Service Law Enforcement Agency (https://www.washoesheriff.com/staying-safe.php)

Past AALL Annual Meeting Locations (https://www.aallnet.org/conference/more/past-meetings/am-locations-past.html)
I do hope that the people I contacted the other day are interested in what is going on here on the Talk of the Villages Political Forum.
I have about 12 people on my IGNORE list and for the very good reason that they have harassed me in the past for posting on here often with very cruel and crude remarks which continue on this Political Forum.

And thanks to The Villages Daily Sun reporters and photographers especially those I have been e-mailing of late. I love some of the photos I saw over the past two weeks or so. And the library article. Very cool.
Others have noticed. I have been getting a lot of friendly waves of late from Villagers.
And thanks again to Gary Corsair for dropping in at my front door almost nine years ago during the Memorial Day weekend of 2007. And all the friendly talks I had with Gwen and fun with Boo Radley playing with my dog Sport.
Mr. Corsair also found that ridiculous Tin Foil Hat series of e-mails I had sent. Which Allegiance has repeatedly violated my privacy by posting dozens of links to it in posts meant to humiliate and cause stress to me. Harassment in other words. Mr Corsair talked with me about the Tin Foil hat crap on the phone before he ran the article about my efforts with the Florida Victim Services Directory. Some of my e-mails sent out in the early 2000s were admittedly strange.
If you need more information just e-mail me.
And look at the invasion of privacy posts by my enemy on here Allegiance. I do hope that the Sumter County Sheriff's Office is also monitoring Allegiance's posts and their harassing nature. And their malicious intent coupled with complete disregard to the facts. Welcome to the Sumter County Sheriff's Office Website (http://www.sumtercountysheriff.org/)
