Default Lifespan of golf cart

How old is too old for a used battery powered golf cart. Other than batteries and tires, brakes, are there certain parts that could be hard to find for older golf carts.
Thanks for your time.

Most parts on an electric carts are easy to get. If you stick to Club Car EZ-GO and Yamaha 2000 and up you will have no problem. Batteries are usually the biggest expense.
