The response to Long Island Club has been off the charts. 43 names emailed and Pm.to me in three days. I also have a dozen or more names on my computer in Florida when I get there at the end of the month. There are also 8 Long Islanders I know personally who live in The Villages. I just hope I can find a rec center under such short notice. Thanks fr the positive response.

Hi Tom. Although I'm not from Long Island, I'd like to volunteer to help you organize this club. I know its a lot of work, so if you need any help, please let me know. I'm great at organizing projects like this.

I appreciate your offer, Kathie. I expected a small get together but with more than 120 possibilities(60 email addresses) it is over my head. I figure after cancelations due to schedule issues we should be down to 50-60. Which is still a large crowd. I will arrive in TV on Thursday and will stop off at a few rec centers on Friday and take it from there.
