I am looking for information or a contact for a club that consists of people from Rhode Island. any information would be appreciated.

Hi Joann,
Sorry it took so long to reply but I don't really sign on to TOTV very often. The RI Club meets on the first Tuesday of the month in the Paradise Rec Center over in the "historic" section. Meetings begin at 7:00 pm but it's wise to get there at 6:30 pm. The club president's name is Joe Bankowski. You can look up his phone number in your Villages phone book. We've met quite a few New Englanders since we moved here last year and in fact we just had a GREAT football party at our house yesterday for the COLTS vs PATS game!

The RI Club is hosting a Christmas Party on Tuesday, December 4th but you have to buy tickets ahead of time so hurry! Hope to meet you one day....

Check your Thursday newspaper and they list all the clubs scheduled for meetings that week. The RI Club is active and I'm sure a member will be seeing your item in TOTV. Good luck. We are from Smithfield (Greenville), but have never joined the RI Club because of the number of other clubs we belong to but never have the time to attend meetings.

Not sure what club to join when we get there.

Grew up in CF, then Warwick, then moved to Norton, MA 20 years ago.

I guess i'll join both clubs!
