Default Walking in TV

From a promotional piece included in a leading consumer-oriented publication:

"WALKING. Regular physical activity is probably the best-documented way to shield your brain against aging. You don't have to go crazy -- because even modest amounts can yield dramatic benefits. In one 6-year study, people who walked merely 3 times a week were 30% LESS LIKELY to develop dementia."

OK, TVers, walk away! Is there a Walkers Club in TV?

Default There is a lot of it going on, jogging too.

They have walking exercises inside Odell Recreation Center six days a week. Outdoor walking is done (group led) at your own pace several times a week from Colony Cottage Rec Center. They use the tunnel and walk on the other side of 466A in the cart path.

If I sit on my front porch I can see a virtual parade of walkers and dog walkers each morning walking down Havana Trail.
