Have no idea what happened but my Flash is not working. I've uninstalled, re-installed three times; tried a system restore; tried just upgrading; all to no avail. Not only that, I'm using Chrome which has automatic upgrades to Flash and, when I try to get Adobe Flash through Chrome, really can't do it. I can get on to about three sites -- this being one of them (obviously and thank goodness!).
So, does anyone have any ideas what I can do to get Flash back? I really need to do some work (and have some fun). Thanks!

Forgot to mention that pages that can load are now loading in serious slo-mo. If y'all can't tell, I'm getting seriously frustrated!

Does Flash work OK in Internet Explorer? Chrome uses an integrated Flash player.

Because Dee can only get to 3 internet sites, the computer is running slow and she is having a flash problem too, it sounds like a malware problem. |

Yeah, maybe. I always forget about the malware possibility.

Have it semi-fixed. Somehow, ActiveX was enabled (would love to know how that happened since I know I didn't click on it), which disabled Flash. Sadly, I'm one of those people who know just enough to be dangerous. However, once I shut ActiveX down, things began opening up but it is slowwwwww. Don't think that is my computer, though; think that issue is CenturyLink at its worst.
And, yes, Flash was not working in IE, either (forgot to mention that since I loathe IE, I only use it to check Chrome issues). Thanks for all the help and suggestions.
