Do I need that kind of download speed for Netflix or Roku? I don't want to pay for a speed I never use.

Call me anytime. It's a 5-10 minute phone call and you'll have an installation date. Evening's are usually better as I do installs during business hours.

Tom, can you explain what "peering arrangement" means? Our Comcast 25 Mbps speed works well with Roku/Netflix and Roku/PBS, but when I try another Roku channel, i.e., TripEurope, it never loads completely, and it is infuriating!
