I bought the resetting device at a computer show in the Allentown, Pa area around 3 years ago. I will need to see if there was a website, but I have seen these advertised in google and on ebay.

I am not sure that sort of thing is available for HP printers... at least for newer ones.

There are some articles and videos about HP printers and cartridges.

From what I read, on newer HP printers, the information about a cartridge is retain in memory on the printer. There is a method for attempting to reset the memory on the printer.

But I also read that the procedure does not always work.

Do you refill the ink cartridges for your inkjet printer?

If so, how well has it worked for you?
I tried one time and made a ness and ruined the printer. It probably works, but I screwed it up.
