Default Does anyone know how to do this?

I changed from XP to Win 8 but still would like the Free Cell, etc games from XP. Google says to copy certain files and load them onto new machine. I have the old disc (the old computer will not give me a command prompt.) Do I have to load XP on the hew machine to copy the files? If I do this will it hurt/effect the operating system on the new computer? Is there a better way to solve this problem? Any helpwould be appreciated. TYVM

there are many game programs available that will work better with windows 8 than to try to migrate files from XP. From your windows start screen, go to the microsoft store.
