We're disconnecting from our internet provider so I want to change my email address on TOTV but I forgot (duh) my password. So now what? Tony, somebody help me.......

Oh my gosh, I don't know where I've been? Lost in the desert and back. All I tried to do was change my email address but I'd forgotten my password. What an ordeal!!!!!!!But I'm here again, unscathed. And I don't KNOW why I can post. Everytime I turn on the computer it Knows it's me.....and I just start typing....you know, like HAL.

My friend has forgotten her password. We have requested the password be sent to her and it never comes. Tony, what are we doing wrong?

Tony is long gone, Sally. What email address did your friend use when originally setting the account up? The info might have been sent to an old address. Alternatively, contact the admins and they should be able to help you. Not sure this way will help.
