Default IOS 7 Upgrade

Cant believe Apple has not fixed the problems caused by this upgrade. I want to switch to an old Iphone 4 that I already have but do not want it to include the IOS 7 upgrade. I have no clue how to do this? Can anyone advise me?
Thanks!

Sad to report that if the iphone 4 has been upgraded to the new operating system, you can't go back. I too don't like the new I0S7. Humbug!

Cool

Well, I like iOS7..... But, before you reactivate an old iPhone, why don't you tell us the problems you're having and maybe we can help you out. There are lots of knowledgable folks on here that have upgraded to iOS7.

Give us a try....

If you have an old phone that has not been upgraded already you just avoid the "check for upgrades" area of the Settings menu.

We have a person in our department who is still running iOS 4.2 on an iPhone 4.

My main problem is battery drain. I have done everything suggested to change the settings. Today I downloaded the IOS7 upgrade, hoping against hope that it would fix the drain. But it didn't help at all. I plugged in my phone last nite, turned it on this morning around 9 and by 11 it had no juice. I have another IPhone that is not being used that has IOS 5 that I would like to switch to but don't know how. I'm sure open for any suggestions,

Default Silly bottom bar

I don't mind most things about ios7 but I find that that bar that comes up on the bottom of the page when trying to scroll from the bottom is just a pain. I always scroll from the bottom and it comes up continuously. Very annoying.

I just received a software update for iOS 7.0.3. Looks like it is fixing some problems. Looks like there are at least 14 improvements and bug fixes.

The lady at the AT&T store said if you leave bluetooth on all the time it will drain the battery. Worth a try.

Can anyone advise about the Ipad Air. When was it released and is there another one coming around the corner.

I currently have an Ipad II and it is very slow getting on line. Any info would help.
