LCD Screen Burn-in
I was never concerned about screen burn-in on an LCD tablet, because I thought it didn't happen. But, now, I have two tablets that apparently have permanent images on the screen that cannot be removed. I have tried several free fix-it programs, but they seem to be worthless, even when you run them continuously for several days. I know you can prevent or delay burn-in by reducing the screen brightness or changing the screen mode, but I would rather just replace tablets when burn-in becomes a problem. Does anyone know if there is an effective way to remove the images after they occur?
