When I send an e mail bunches of addresses come up but not the one i want. I have addresses of friends of friends and every email for every email I get .It is crazy

If I understand your problem ... most e-mail systems have an option to "auto-complete" the sender line. For example, in G-mail, under Settings, there is the option to "Create contacts for auto-complete". This option performs the following function: When I send a message to a new person, it will add them to Other Contacts so that I can auto-complete to them next time. If I ever hit reply-to-all on an e-mail, all of the recipients of the first e-mail get added to my Other Contacts. In your e-mail system (if it isn't G-mail), find such an "auto-complete" option and turn it off.
If you can't find such an option in your e-mail settings, search the internet (e.g., Google it) for a solution. Hope this helps. |
