We had 48hr do our shutters and love them. Rick was the only contractor we used who did what he said he would do & on time.

As with any vendor, some customers have less satisfactory experiences than others. 48 Hour Blinds generally receives high praise on this forum for their products, prices, and services and they have been a prime sponsor/advertiser on TOTV.

The OP of this thread was relating their satisfaction with their dealings with Rick/48 Hours. Others replied, not for the first time, their difficulties in reaching Rick by phone. That horse is dead.
