Was that for repair or for routine maintenance or replacement? Our neighborโ€™s system stopped working and they called Chuck and someone was out the same day and got it working again.

Chuck Farrell's without a doubt. !!!

We arrived home from the airport at 1:00a this morning to an 85 degree home. I couldn't get it to cool. My Nest thermostat report showed me the air stopped working Wednesday evening.

Called Farrell's at 8:35a. Service man (Mike) called me back about 20 minutes later and stated he was on his way. He arrived shortly there after. Diagnosed and replaced a capicator and was gone by 10a. The house is already cool and it has been less than 2 hrs since making the call.

Thanks Chuck (Mike).

Munnโ€™s also screwed us. During our yearly routine maintenance the Tech tells me the system is overcharged with Freon. Right in front of me he opens the valve and lets Freon escape to the atmosphere. Wish I I had my video on! Two weeks later I get a call from neighbor that the air is not working. Munns Tech came out told me I had multiple leaks and would need to spend $1600 for new coils. Went from overcharged after a full year of running to a system without Freon in two weeks. We were in the middle of a sale called Sun Kool had them replace the coils for $1400.

We bought a new home in TV. As soon as I saw it was Munns I called Sun Kool and had the warranty transferred to them.

I didnโ€™t have the energy to fight it with so much going on. Shame on me for letting that Tech remove the Freon.
