Default Advanced construction update

After almost a year of a severly leaky lanai..Advanced had the manufacturer "Custom Window Systems" come out to see if the problem was the actual window or the installation (january). They met with my neighbor but gave no indication to him of the findings. I kept calling to see if cCustom windows would send me a report as Advanced would not respond to my phone calls. I asked for this report 3 times and never got it;finally I called Custome Windows again and the girl there told me that she was mistaken she is not allowed to send it to me. I asked to speak to her mgr. and got the VP Russell Peck. He said he cannot send it, it went to Advanced..
Explained how long this is going on and that he is not fixing my problem and I have to assume at this point that ""Custome Windows" doesnt care how anyone is installing their product and therefore..they are just as irresponsible.
He said he would take care of it with the contractor.
I have heard nothing so far. Advanced still not returning my calls.
Personally I would not use any contractor dealing with Custom Windows because they are unreliable and all they want to do is sell their product to any contractor no matter how he installs them and will stand by the contractor.....his customer!!!

I know you are not in TV but you should have someone check your lanai now for thursdays rain storm brought us 6 inches of rain and it was blowing hard. If you had leaks before check them now!

What is wrong with the installation or what is suspected!

Call Seniors Against Crime and let them try to help you. They are located in the Sheriff's Annex Bldg. on 466 and Morse. They solved a contractor problem for me.

Seniors against crime has already been contacted and they had a bit of a tiff with this company. They told me that he was most uncooperative and that they had to close their case and I would have to take ADVANCED CONSTRUCTION to court..Difficult to do when you are in NY....
response to previous comment. the problem is the lanai is leaking quite a bit. At first when I complained he kept going back and recaulking..over and over until it looked like my grandkids went in and had a field day with playdough.
He ripped it all out after I sent him pictures my neighbor had taken and threatened to put them on TOTV.
Then he said it was because of my sprinkler heads hitting the bottom. Paid someone to readjust the heads..still problem. I knew it wouldnt work.
then he blamed the manufacturer. and they will not give me any reaults..
The problem is plain to my eye. He measured incorrectly and is filling in gaps. If you look at it you can see with the naked eye the windows are different sizes....

Are the windows installed in a block or wood frame lanai? If they added Block the cinder block needs to have a waterproofing applied, primer and then a good coat of paint or else the water will simply seep through the block and create a mess inside on the floor.

Did Sumter county inspect and approve the window installation???
