Yes they were the company that started calling it two buck chuck out on the west coast. I think the cost may be higher on the right coast, say three buck or so.

Problem is that there are no Trader Joe's in Florida according to their web site.

Aldi's has become a once a month stop for canned goods, vegetables, fruit, cake mixes, syrup, peanut butter, jelly, eggs, etc. Amazing prices on many things.

Always been happy with it all.

Bottled water $2.89 (24 bottles), good tasting fresh fruit this summer, good tomatoes this summer. Bananas $0.39/lb. Skim milk cheaper than elsewhere. May not be great for all products but if you shop the flyer and know what you're going in for it's great.

I contacted Trader Joe's corporate headquarters about 3 months ago and they made it very clear there are NO plans to open one of their locations in our area. Other than Villagers the clientèle just isn't here.
