I read in today's paper that for $183.00 per year all the appliances and A/C can be insured with no deductible and no labor charge. The name of the company is Broward Factory and they are running this special for Villages Area Residents till the end of January. Has anyone heard of this outfit or used it? I'd feel better about calling them if I had some recommendations from folks here in The Villages. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Broward Factory has been around a while. I know nothing more about it.

A lot of Realtors use home warranty companies. You might check with one to see who they use.
