Any opinions on this contractor? Thinking about using him to do a liquid concrete driveway, walkway and lanai.

I used them. They did a great job on my garage floor. Driveway was fine. Got the color wrong for under the walkway but corrected it without any problem. Also had acid damage on the lower paint by my walkway from the work they did so they bought new paint to match and sent someone over who painted the damage. So they were very cooperative and did a good job.

I would suggest Florida deck and pool for the liquid concrete application. They are absolutely the best in this area.

Great sales, good products, nice finished look. = Good

Does not return calls for service after the sale. = Poor

Called this morning for a question. No return call. = doesn't care been paid

Poor detail work as to overspray and clean up. = no prep work plastic etc.

Plants ruined . Garage door damaged, lawn burnt from water turned off for three weeks. No barrier put up after the application.

After several days of calling a crew was dispatched to clean up over spray.

We considered using them once - for a lanai floor. Got a quote that looked OK and their product seemed OK. We didn't use them. They wanted 100% of the money up front and I don't do that. It was not that big a job so I saw no reason to pay it all up front. That was awhile ago so I don't know if their policy has changed or not.

We used them for our driveway and they did a fine job. They did not ask for the whole amount prior to starting work. I have no problems with them and would recommend them based on the work they did here. I haven't had any need to contact them after the work was completed so cannot comment on whether they would return a call.

Default we cancelled with aristicrete

They were supposed to do our garage floor before we moved in since the garage was empty. Came back after a week, the floor was not done with nary a phone call as to why it wasn't done. Being new to TV, they required $1000 down, didn't know this was a big no no to give money up front. It took forever to get our money back.

They try, but much of their work is usually sloppy. they don't take enough precautions to keep the product off the home. they do not do those little things that results in a good job.

100% agree! I am going to have to replace my plants in the entrance way.

I had to laugh the painter told me to sit on the cement and I could scrape off the over spray on each leaf with my thumbs. YEA Right!
