Reading all the replies I find it amazing that WE are the ONLY ones who have had an issue with Straight Talk. Just my luck I guess along with the 2445 others with complaints on BBB.com. I am obviously in a very elite club in The Villages.

My wife and i both have straight talk phones. No problems. I did make sure both phones used the Verison towers. Way cheaper than when we had Verizon and no contract.

I just checked the BBB website. AT&T had over 200,000 complaints filed in the last 3 years. I guess numbers are just relative.

Same experience. Had Verizon for about 10 years and we are now saving $130 per month from what we paid for Verizon and get the exact same service.
