Default Bravo to Mattress Firm!!

Hubby and I got a new mattress and box spring from Mattress Firm on 441 when we moved here about 16 months ago. We tried many different beds/mattresses and decided upon one that we felt comfortable in. About 6 months later, we find that our mattress has developed that "dip" or body signature where we each lie. Neither of us has been sleeping well on this mattress for quite some time. So, today we decided to take our paper work back to Mattress Firm to see if we could get another mattress. We were delighted when they helped us pick out another mattress (more expensive of course) and said they would take our old mattress back and we would pay the difference in price (plus a 79.99 delivery charge) We originally bought a Simmons and this time we bought a Tempurpedic mattress, the Contour Signature collection. We are excited to try this new type of mattress (AT least new for us). I give the Mattress Firm high marks for a no hassle return policy. Also, when we get this new mattress, we have 100 days to try it out and with no questions asked we can return it if we are not pleased. I have no intensions of doing so because I think we are going to love our new purchase! Thanks Mattress Firm!!

And across the street from Mattress Firm is Mattress One...about whom I am sharing a caution. Their cancellation fee is 20%...so I was charged $380 for a set of mattresses cancelled weeks ahead of delivery. I unrecommend Mattress One!

WE had somewhat of a similar situation with Mattress Firm when we first moved here almost 3 years ago. Very nice to do business with.

Good to hear. We just purchased a mattress from them. Hopefully we won't have any problems but nice to know they stand behind their products.
