So far as I can tell, they're pretty much the same. Flat tire, they'll give you air or sell you a new tire. Have gas for you. Will take you and cart home if there isn't a quick fix. Only question is response time and, like the automotive emergency service, they get there when they can, which means you might be waiting. Probably the best bet is to find how many trucks they have in TV. The more the merrier.

Have used **** Aide twice. Flat tire and bum battery. Both response times in less than 15 mins. Very happy with them.

Kartaide home page

Here's the link, their name is actually spelled with a 'k', but this website blocks it out since they are not an advertiser and you get those asterisks. They own the name both ways, so even though I spelled the link with a 'c', it will get your there.

Personally I've been with them almost 6 years and the only negative I can say is the 2 year rate went up from $50 to $60 about a year ago. I chose them over the competitor because I had heard that AGA charged extra for towing if you used them more than 3 times in a year. If you think about, if you need them more than 3 times in a year, you have more troubles than that. I've never needed them in 6 years, although I have a gas Yamaha cart which is very reliable. An electric cart I would definitely be a member, I belong because you never know when you're going to get a flat.

Default Don't limit search to the cart rescue folks

If you have the regular car/truck rescue coverage (AAA) you can also get help from them for golf cart problems. Obviously a cart rescue company may be better equipped to pull you out of a tunnel or drag up you up onto a cart transport trailer, but if it's a flat tire, out of gas, dead battery for a gas cart, those are routine. And if you need to be taken to a shop or to your home, they can drag you onto their regular car movement trailer.

On my way to play golf today I had a flat tire. K A R T aide came in about 15 minutes and assessed that in fact I needed a new tire. They loaded the cart on the trailer and took me to a tire store. Great service and well worth the money!!

If you belong to AAA you also get golf cart coverage.

AAA has always been great with me....they will respond to either my cart or my car. Just wondering about the person who cancelled AAA because took two hours to respond. Do you call c---a--- when you car has a flat ?????

I have both K A R T aide and Triple A, but never thought of calling AAA...if I ever have a golf cart problem.

I will keep that in mind however, if I am ever unlucky enough to have to use someone.

Thanks to all for the AAA heads up.

Had a flat tire on my car at dusk last year just outside Atlas dog park on Moyer Loop. I had picked up a huge bolt from one of the construction trucks when many of those houses were still being built. I waited well over an hour with the dog for AAA to show up and it was quite dark when they arrived. On the other hand, we had a flat on our golf cart this past Christmas, and K-Aide arrived 15 minutes after we called. They took the cart back to our driveway and returned the next morning to take it to the repair shop. Best "insurance" in the world.
