Anyone tried Blue Apron or Hello Fresh for meal delivery? Any feedback would be appreciated....

Great thread ! I'd also like to hear some comments from users - happy or sad.

I like Hello Fresh. The quality was good. My only issue is the foods are just too gourmet for me. It is nothing I would normally eat. I keep checking the menus and week after week the food is just strange. I don't venture outside the box much with food but I wish they would create a service with more normal foods a person besides a gourmet could cook.

How about grocery delivery. Publix has instacart but not in villages yet.

Think they are referring to home delivery of groceries. I would use one if reliable.

I think I can manage to turn on the stove.
What button is it again?

Both are pretty good. Don't try "plated". They keep charging your credit card long after you cancel!

I did use blue apron, and it was good quality food, easy to fix. But didn't find it cost effective.

I am now using Amazon Prime for all staples, free 2 day ship. Prices are actually cheaper on things I would buy at the grocery. I find things that I can't buy here in the grocery stores.

Have tried to contact publix corp. Offices. Would really like to know when and "if" publix/instacart will come to the villages. Phone is answered by uninformed employees.

We had Hello Fresh for a couple months through Groupon. Loved the food. If you needed two new potatoes, they packed two new potatoes. A little proud vey. Wish I could justify the money.

I agree, Amazon is a source of products that grocery stores don't carry anymore. For instance, it's the only place I can find Folgers Mocha Swirl K Cups. Same is true with Amazon.com in the USA and Amazon.ca in Canada.

Whoops, sorry, I just hijacked the topic which is Blue Apron, Hello Fresh, and other food services.
I do have a friend that loves Blue Apron.

Lightbulb Food delivery service

I WISH! Pizza places are delivery experts - why not chicken and burger delivery too?
