I found City Furniture to be fantastic! I had read so many negative posts about ugly inventory and bad service I just had to go in and see this awful place! So I went to the LSL store. It was Sunday Memorial Day weekend...and by Monday (Memorial Day) my new sofa, love seat and accent chair was delivered to my Gilchrist location. I'm a nice but tough customer because I have to be able to envision furniture in my place before I buy and that's difficult. Felix and his staff were moving chairs around the showroom so I could try to see how my living room would look. They were so accommodating.

Felix, Julia, Michelle at LSL. They will be the first folks I call if I need anything!

No company will replace southern lifestyles. ...if your order was not in stock they brought you a replacement until yours arrived....best service ever with the new store..as long as your furniture arrive in good shape its a good review. .if it doesn't then its a bad review. .its the customer service that is lacking
