Would like any recommendation for a Cleaner or Cleaning Company that will do a reliable and thorough cleaning job after a monthly rental after the tenant has vacated at the end of the month and before the new tenant occupies the next day. Sometimes this is on a monthly basis, sometimes it is after a 3 month rental.

You can not beat The Cunningham's. The are sponsors here on TOTV. I have no idea where they fit in the price spectrum, it does not matter when quality is important to you and you care about your guests.

Thanks for your suggestion. I talked to them and they are only accepting clients to clean their houses if they also do the house watch.
