No, it doesn't. You need to get a letter from the insurance company stating that the contractor is currently insured and the liability limits of the policy.

Mostly, I agree. But, sometimes there will be a detailed complaint that will convince you that you do not want to do any business with the company. Also, there are complaints where the company does not reply to BBB. I would not do business with that company.
