Hi: There are several YouTube videos on fixing your Keurig. Ours was just plugged up and the video showed us how to flush it out.

I don't know of any repair shop however, did you by chance call Keurig? How old is your unit? If it was registered and it is fairly new then Keurig will replace it. I do love my Keurig but I will say I've had many many issues with them. I say " them" because I am on my 4th unit but I only have $$ invested the one time as the other 3 were replaced.

No iPhone total repair facilities close by either.......broken glass requires either shipping it back or go to Altamonte Springs....which is where I'm headed on Tuesday.

I'm very surprised that Apple doesn't have a store here in TV. There's a store in Orlando which is fairly close to Altamonte Springs. Altamonte Springs has a population of 42,000 compares to 110,000 and growing in TV.

A store in TV would also draw people from Ocala and every place in between. We'd also draw from places between here and Apopka.

TV is much more centrally located between Orlando and Gainesville which is the next Apple Store to the north.

On the positive side having to go to Altamonte gives me the opportunity to go to Koy Wan, Florida's largest Chinese buffet. I love the sushi there.

Thanks very much. We have seen the YouTube links but haven't tried any of them...that's a good suggestion. We've been to so many on-line sites, including the Keurig official site, and no solution yet. Wish us luck, since our warranty has just expired.
