We are thinking about having Dish Satellite - but, I want to move the cable wires from the current location to what I think is a better location in the same room. Does anyone know if Dish does this - or - can you tell me if you know someone that will move your TV cable wires?

Not sure what you mean by moving the wires. I just had a new cable line installed where I wanted it. Called an electrician. AAA Electric did mine. Can't tell you the cost as I had several other things done also.
