We used Doc's for our kitchen and bathroom. Yes, they were expensive but work was without question well done. We had few issues and Doc's took care of them without question. And they returned our calls quickly. All positive for Doc's except price.

We hired Doc's Restoration for a very small job. We could not find another company who would take it on. Doc's also hesitated but gave us a quote which we thought was high, but not outrageous, and we had no one to compare it to. Many people would have done a project of our size themselves, or hired a handyman, but we were new to this area, not DIYers, and did not know who to trust. Our experience with Doc's was that (for this small job) we received over-the-top quality, workmanship, professionalism, and follow-up. Everyone who entered our home treated us like we were their most important customer. Someone from Doc's made an appointment with us about a week or two after the completion of the job. They CAREFULLY inspected the work, asked us if we were happy, had us sign a document that the job was complete and collected the outstanding balance (which I think was half, but I can't remember for sure). Other than (possibly) the price, there is nothing that we can complain about. In fact, we were blown away. We would use Doc's again. I compare them to T&D. You know you are going to pay more, but you know you will be happy with the end result. With one exception. T&D has far less COMPARABLE competition, where there appears to be many quality home remodeling companies to choose from that might be less expensive than Doc’s. So, if the OP's question is about quality, workmanship, follow-up, customer satisfaction, etc. Doc's is an A++ (probably even higher), in my opinion. If the question is about price, you might do better, but since we had no one to compare their price to, I can't say for sure. If the question is value for the price paid, I'd still give them an A++. It's been about a year since Doc's completed our job, and every time I look at it (many times a day), I still admire the way it turned out. I'd definitely consider them for a large project, now that I know the quality of work they do. I hope this answered the OP's question and he or she finds it helpful.

We used Doc’s for two baths and some kitchen work and was very happy with their work. They don’t even start the job until they have everything on site so work went smoothly with no waiting on materials, etc. Many of our neighbors have used them and recommended them to us. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them.

We had our kitchen and two baths done. Docs was ridiculously expensive and their showroom was lacking. We used Ultimate Granite. They did great work and were priced very competitively.

Hmmmm had them in May 2024 to re-caulk my lanai windows. Very messy job done. Also to re-hang a bathroom cabinet mirror. They didn’t remove the old glue, simply added some & the whole thing crashed to the floor at 1:30 in the morning scaring me to death. In fairness after complaining to the supervisor they replaced the entire medicine cabinet with mirror at no cost to me. However as my experience was negative I won’t be using them again.

I tried to use them a couple of years ago. I felt I had a good rapport with the sales lady. My initial bid was acceptable. Then in a few days after I signed the contract, the price went up $500 with no good reason. Then few days after that, it went up another $4700.00 with again no good reason. I looked more and got it done for $7,500 less. Good Luck

When my business gave quotes, some folks said other companies could do it cheaper than us. I’d tell em, “do you want it done cheap or do you want it done right?” In 25 years, never had any major issues. To have the best craftsmen, you have to pay them well as you get what you pay.
