Don Cunningham installed 3 ceiling fans and hung a half dozen medium to large pictures this morning. I recommend him without reservation. Don is a master electrician in another state, is trustworthy, reliable, personable and experienced in most everything to do with construction.
He will give you a high level of collaborative, insightful help with projects you have that are within his expertise.

Definitely call him Suzi. You can't miss. I think your job would be a piece of cake, but I can't speak for him. He has a list of vendors if it's not his thing.

Jimmy is actually a finish carpenter (old school) and has many,many talents.Also a Village resident,honest,trustworthy,reliable, very,very reasonable. I am going to have Jimmy back for some additional projects that I need for him to do.

and yes, Don's wife is BK Cunningham, famous among my friends for referring her to them, a TOTV sponsor who does house cleaning, home watch, and whatever you need. I hired her as a personal assistant and she kept me sane during my move in.
This couple is a Godsend.

Don is topnotch, he installed a Murphy Bed wall unit for us in our home after he disassembled it at a home in Stone Crest we purchased it from, in quick order. Looks brand new, Perfect job done for reasonable price. You can't go wrong with Don very skilled craftsman. Sure knows his stuff.

We used Don and his "left-hand guy" yesterday to install tv mount on lanai and hang tv.........great guys, great work and very reasonable!
