Default Suspect Censorship

Dear all,
We have been trying for several days now to upload pictures of the excellent progress that Fiesta Pools of Ocala are making with the construction of our pool.

Their work ethic and friendliness continues to impress and as far as we can tell, their estimate of a complete build time of 4 to 5 weeks is well on course for achieving.

We have tried to contact the TOTV Administrators to complain about not being able to post pictures several times over the last few days and we have not had the courtesy of a reply yet.

We have also changed the format of the pictures to different types and we have ensured that all those we try and post are below the system file size limit for that type.

Sadly we are coming to the conclusion that because Fiesta Pools is not one of the companies that are hand in glove with the Developers, then our posting of pictures of their excellent work is being censored, we hope that we are wrong!

Sorry you are having trouble posting pictures. However, I don't think the relationship of Fiesta to the Developer has anything to do with that, since TOTV has nothing to do with the Developer. Most likely the promotion rule has come into the picture.............Fiesta not being an advertiser on TOTV.

Well that does not sound good, lets hope it is a simple issue that can soon be sorted and your pictures will be posted. Right or wrong we had trouble loading pictures originally but seems to be fine now?! We look forward to your pictures and of course the updates you provide on the great service you seem to be getting thus far, whether a TOTV member or not I think people want to know your experience. All the best! P.S. cold weather is due in England next week so no need for a pool here

I doubt it unless it was Fiesta doing the posting, J29 is just sharing a contractor experience.

Hi BamaGirl,

Yes the pool will be heated, we are installing 9 x 4ft x 12ft Solar Panels on the roof with a Heat Pump as backup.

They are getting a lot done, we are still impressed.

Default Some more Pics

Hi All,
Some more pictures of the pool sheeted up ready for the concrete to be poured.

The high sheeting stops the concrete from the pressure jet splashing either onto the garden or onto the house - we think it was a nice touch and showed that they are keen to minimise construction 'damage' - nice touch

day-5-1-640x480-jpg

The top picture shows the high pressure hose and also in the foreground, the pipes for the pressure testing of the plumbing pipes before they are buried in the concrete!

day-5-2-640x480-jpg

Still very please with progress, standard of workmanship and work ethic

Please keep the pictures coming. We are very impressed with how quickly the pool is shaping up. We'll be arriving at the Villages in the beginning of November for a week and would like to see the progress in person and speak to you about your dealings with Fiesta pools. I phoned Fiesta and spoke to a woman who was very forthcoming with general pricing information and install timeframes. We are a few doors down from you on Amherst and will stop by when we are there.

Hi Mike & Sue,
Feel free to come over and have a dip when you arrive, it should be all completed by then.

It is scheduled to be completed by the 27th Oct! up to now we are confident it will be and as far as we can tell no corners are being cut - still impressed by the Fiesta Pools team.
