Question Finding An Estate Attorney

Hi again, friends. Now that I've become a bonafide FL resident, I want to review my will and trust with a local attorney who is practical and low cost - a down-to-earth atty is sooo helpful, and kinda rare these days. What is your experience, in and around TV? Thanks so much for your help.

Trotter &Soulsby, PA 352-205-7245. The firm has been in the area for a number of years. They have set up trusts and wills for myself and my wife. We have been very pleased with their service.

Be careful of "low cost" boilerplate documents.

Second the motion on Mary Trotter.

Yes, and thanks to JG and Ragman. I'm trying to avoid the kind of practice where they put my info into a lengthy boilerplate document, then charge huge fees. Been there, done that, and bought the tee shirt. I'm more looking for sound, updated, practical advice, smart and simple docs, and to go away with the feeling that they actually care about me, the client. The fees should be relative. Trying to avoid the large firm where I'm somewhere in the stacks of files on the para's desk, but am a familiar customer of the atty. Simple office, real people. Does anyone still do this?

Michael Millhorn estate specialists are very good at developing a comprehensive estate, will and other documents needed as an aging FL resident.
