My laminate floor is making me crazy!! Every step in every room sounds like you are walking on rice crispys. They have changed the floor 3 times with no improvement. They changed the floor, changed the pad with no improvement. Concrete Pad is level---so whats the problem. We have talked to the flooring manufacturer and claims department. No one has any idea whats going on here or what the solution is. I'm sure we can't be the only people with this issue. What I need is some advice on what to do next!!!
