Default Garage Screen Installers

Who would you recommend or have you used (and your experience) with installers of garage screens? Interested in the roll-up kind (electric) only, not the 4-panel sliders.

Thanks in advance.

ted

Actually, Lonnie you are coming out Wednesday morning to give me an estimate. I check 3 places before I do anything, as a rule and I nearly always check "on line" for the opinions and experience of others.

Looking forward to seeing you. Actually my wife, Teri will be there as I will be unavailable at that time.

We are moving from Texas, with the same hot weather. Nobody around here using these screens. What is the advantage? How safe is it to just have a screen all day? Can anyone easily get into your garage while you are inside your home? (The roll up kind, not electric). Very interested in more info if there is a clear, safe advantage. My husband does not tinker in the garage, or I would see a benefit.

I see that Lonnie from Cool Breeze listed the benefits of having a garage screen much better than I could have. Let me just state that we had a Cool Breeze roll up screen installed to replace our sliding screen doors. The screen door is very secure. I guess if someone was intent on getting in, they could cut the screen.

The screen is also surprisingly private. There has been a couple of occasions where I was standing at the screen and the person walking up the drive could not see me. Driving down the street others cannot see into your garage. The only exception to this statement is at night and a light is on inside the garage.

I would recommend Cool Breeze as they did a great job for us and you will not go wrong with Lonnie. But who every you might choose, a roll up screen door is worth the investment. PM me if you would like more information

We had Cool Breeze install our screen door, which rolls up into an attractive mounting that you cannot tell that is there. They did a great job. On time, very fast and efficient, great price.
