Try zooming in closer to see the name of the streets.

A Garmin GPS is so filled with functionality, it can be confusing, but in my opinion, it is the best map software presenter out there. Just keep with it and you will love the product when you get good at using it.

Les, I meant with the GPS in my car it doesn't verbally tell me the street names in areas in TV, it will just say something like "take the first exit after entering round-about" and with me being fairly new to TV that is quite helpful. I guess over the years I have become somewhat reliant on my GPS (and believe me it has taken me to a few wrong places in the past years....but I still love it)

Ok vj1213. I have 2 Garmins, and the 2720 on my motorcycle has begun drawing in my route I take to my home even though there is no map in the Buttonwood area. It doesn't know the street names nor will it direct me to home, but has over 3 months drawn a dotted line, which has become a solid line that is the route I always take. I just notice today that the Garmin novi265 in my car has drawn in a blue line to my home and also includes a loop which I take to go into the parking lot to pick up my mail. It's as if the computer has a learning process.
