Default Golf Cart Rental

Help! I am coming up to the Villages from the Fort Myers area to buy a designer house this weekend. I am staying Friday, Jan 20-Sun Jan 22. I will be viewing existing houses on my "short list" with the Village in house realtry Co one day and MLS realtor the other day. I will not need the cart during those hours. However, I do want to rent a electric cart the three days I will be staying at the Confort Inn to run around for other things. I have stayed there before and they let me charge the electric cart on their outside recepticle. I have called the party I have rented from previously and they are all booked up. I have also called 3-4 other rentals and they are booked.

Anybody have any recommendations? Thank you for your help in advance!

Try H 'n' H Rentals. Their number is (352) 674-9445.

KYWildcat -- You might try checking the classified ad section, golf cart rentals of www.thevillagesdailysun.com.

Are you from KY or a fan? My sister and brother-in-law live in Burlington, which is next to Florence. My brother-in-law is a huge UK basketball fan. I think he would like to enroll his 9 year old daughter at UK tomorrow if he could . Good luck finding a house and a golf cart to rent.

Default Recommendation

We rent from Todd at Royal Palm Rentals as much as we can for our renters that need a cart. His ad in the Daily Sun is:

352-205-7650

ROYAL PALM
CART RENTALS

Low Rates Fully Equipped

I would totally avoid H&H Rentals myself based on past experiences with them. We've have problems with both their carts and their service.

Good luck with the house hunting!

Thanks on the good luck!
Yes, was born & raised in Lexington. Lived there all my life until 10 years ago when I retired and moved to Cape Coral. You do not live in the state of Kentucky without being a member of the big blue nation. When you are born in KY, the doctor will not spank you on the behind to bring you into this world unless you promise to be loyal to KY basketball. When my son graduated from UK 10 years ago, that made 5 generations of UK graduates in my family. My 5 year old granddaughter runs around in her UK cheerleading outfit almost daily.

Thank you everyone on the recommendations. I was getting frustrated on running into dead ends and knew somebody would have the answer during the busy season. It is real easy during off season.

I rented an H 'n H cart and it was a clunker, slower than Christmas.

Default You're welcome, neighbor (we're from IL)

Glad Todd was able to help you out. I think you'll be pleased...we've always had good luck with them.
