Palmer has clubs for rent.

All championship courses rent clubs (men's and ladies) for day of play. !5.00 for 18 holes and 7.50 for 9 holes. Call the course most convenient to you and make the arrangements. Hope this helps, it worked fine for us.

They would want to play Executive courses. Can they rent the clubs at the championship courses and then use them on the Exec courses?
