Default In Ground Sprinkler Issue

Recently added a Mansard to our Lanai. The area now covered by the birdcage was part of the rotating sprinkler head system. We now get a flooded birdcage twice a week. The co. who initially installed is backloged for approx 4wks.Cant turn the system off that long without damaging yard and plantings Are there any qualified contractors who can "re-work" an in ground system? I was advised by the original installers it will require laying new pipe and new sprinkler heads.

You may get away with just adjusting the heads so they don't spray in that direction.

As a temporary measure you could turn off that zone and water anything else in that zone by hand or another watering device. Another case, of "little" service after the job! Not unusual.

Original co. came out and was unable to adjust heads, due to their rotating nature and pre determined distance.

Give Jim Baumgartner a call. Don't have his number handy but you can do a search for it. He really does know sprinklers inside and out.

Absolutely....Jim is polite, honest, reasonable and lives IN The Villages.

He is licensed by the State of Florida and insured for any unforseens.

Since May-ish of 2013. Sprinkler people MUST be Licensed by The State.

Jim has been licensed and insured for all the four years he has taken care of
most of our neighborhood.

He WILL do thing correctly, the First time.
His prices are pretty LOW compared to who we used to have do the work.

Thanks to all of you who rec. Jim Baumgartner. He came out same day i called and fixed the problem inexpensively and provided some valuable education on the system(better than the orig installers). I would highly rec. him on sprinkler issues.
