We had our home painted by Omar Contreras and he did a wonderful job! He was clean, neat and polite, as were his crew. I highly recommend them for all painting.

We also had crown moulding and a chair rail added and that work was done by David Morris. He is a very polite, hard working young man, a veteran, and very talented. He works both for the Villages and on his own. His work is stunning! You won't be sorry with either of these people.

David Morris = 352-274-7811 finish carpenter, but does a lot of different wood working jobs.

It is hard to compare because every model has a different amount of moulding.
David will give you an estimate, and he is very fair.
He was cheaper than others I contacted.
