have to say i am the half full kind of girl but never missed a wink of sleep on this deal. I knew how much everything was going to cost and was ready, the got the bill for the fee for cart paths and water that came to 187. month not a deal breaker but just didn't count it in. I think if we would have bought something bigger than a patio i would be more stressed out but i can tell you if you want to rent it does not matter what you buy someone will rent it.
