Just wanted to thank Josh from Enterprise Car Rental TV, and Rebecca Phillips of Enterprise Orlando for customer service “above and beyond” …

My kids recently visited and I rented a Villa to house them all. My son in law returned his rental car to Enterprise TV but left the garage door remote attached to the visor. Next thing we know the car is rented and halfway across Florida. I wanted to make sure the Villa owner was not inconvenienced as I knew she had more renters coming in after we left.

Long story short … Josh at Enterprise TV made about 8-10 phone calls during hectic operations and, with Rebecca’s help over the course of several days, finally tracked the remote down in Orlando. Rebecca then mailed it to my home which I received today.

Enterprise is an excellent company, and I will continue renting cars from Josh and the guys at their Villages office. I really appreciated the extra effort.

for the price fox rental is the cheapest 100.00 a week if you book in advance for a compact, but they always give you a bigger car!

It's always nice when someone reports about good service. That kind of service can trump price. Thanks for posting.

I've always liked Enterprise. Glad to hear nice things about them.
